Although we can take special orders, realize that many specialty yarns can take weeks to months to get in the store.

Return/Exchange Policy

Yarn can be exchanged within 45 days from date of purchase for a Store Credit only.  Receipt of purchase must accompany all returns. Yarn must be returned in new condition (not wound in a ball). Returns/Exchanges of discontinued yarns, sale yarns,books, needles, patterns and other notions cannot be accepted.
